TBN Grow

Refund policy

1. Trial and activation

Customers have a 24-hour trial under the conditions on the product page. Standard and advanced plans both last 30 days, with no automatic renewal or charge. Customers choose whether to pay for continued use.

2. When refunds do not apply

Once payment and activation succeed and the service works as promised, refunds do not apply solely because a customer changes their mind, stops using the service or does not use the entire plan period.

3. Duplicate payment or missing activation

Confirmed duplicate payments are refunded after reconciliation. If payment succeeds without activation, we investigate and activate the purchased plan. If we cannot provide it, the payment is refunded.

4. System errors and service time

If a TBN Grow system error prevents use after activation, we investigate and fix it without additional fees. Customers retain the full 30 days of use; confirmed unavailable time is added to the plan.

For system errors during use, we prioritize repair and add confirmed downtime to the plan.

Only if we cannot fix the issue to continue providing the purchased service will we refund the remaining service time, including confirmed downtime not already compensated. The amount is based on the actual plan payment and the proportion of service time not provided, without counting time already compensated or refunded twice. If service has never been usable since activation and we cannot fix it to provide service, the full plan payment is refunded.

5. Requests and results

Use the footer’s contact section and provide the transaction reference, product name, incident time and issue description. Do not send passwords, OTPs or API keys.

We provide an initial response within 1–2 business days of receiving a request. After investigation, we explain the resolution and estimated timing, and update progress if more time is needed.

Where possible, refunds use the original payment method. Once confirmed, we notify you of the amount and processing time; receipt also depends on the bank or payment provider.

Paddle transactions are also subject to Paddle’s refund policy. Where laws at the place of purchase grant other refund rights, we follow those requirements.
